3 Tricks to make VISUALISATION work like crazy for you.

The good news is that visualisation is simpler than you think, but it requires regular practise to achieve results. 

 

Here are 3 things you can do to make visualisation work for you:

  1. Like many skills, when you’re learning it’s best to start with something small and work your way up. Start your visualisation practice with a simple skill, such as waking up early in the morning or responding calmly to someone who usually bugs you. Once you have that nailed, you know you are ready to move onto bigger goals.

 

  1. Always follow these steps when you practise visualisation: Relax, take a few deep breaths to get into the present moment. Imagine what you will do, see it in detail. Then, add yourself to the picture. And finally, take the action in your mind. See yourself achieving your goal.  

 

  1. While you’re visualising, engage as many of the five senses as you can. It helps to do your visualising when you know you can be alone and undisturbed. First thing in the morning and last thing at night can help you build an effective routine.
