QUESTION

How does work –life balance have an effect on a healthy communication in business?

ANSWER

Most people do not set limits on their work time and so they seem to be working all the time. Parkinson’s law states that the amount of work you have to accomplish will be completed in the time you make available. So if you give yourself 8 hours a day to complete a series of tasks you will take 8 hours. If you give yourself 12 hours a day to complete a series of tasks, you will take 12 hours. This is why you must put a start and finish time on your working day otherwise you’ll never know whether you’re at work or on personal time.

QUESTION

How important is it to look good (physically) for a good communication/ first impression/ persuasion/credibility??

ANSWER

Others form up to 90% of their impression in the first 4 minutes of meeting you and 60-80% of that first impression is formed through body language. The secret for dressing for first interviews is to dress in the way the other person would expect you to look if clearly you are an expert at your profession.
