QUESTION

How did the idea of the book come to you?

ANSWER

It makes it easier for you to read the person as there is no distractions around you. Just you and person that you are chatting to and you have more time to study what they are doing with their face and body.

QUESTION

How would you describe your book as?

ANSWER

Our book shows the reader exactly what to do to achieve their goals. We use a three part formula: First, the science of the brain. Second, real life stories, including our own. Third, we make it entertaining and humorous so it’s easy to remember.

QUESTION

Where can one always find the perfect answer to any problem?

ANSWER

There are no perfect answers. There are only answers. And often, you must adjust your time, thinking and schedule to make them fit.

QUESTION

Many a time, we tend to be complacent thinking there is always a second chance. How harmful is this?

ANSWER

There is always a second chance, but it may not be as good as the first one. In Indian culture, many people sit around waiting or praying for the answers to appear, and they rarely do. Take action and take it now.

QUESTION

Could you give us a key tip to discover how is the person we would like to become?

ANSWER

By using The Reticular Activating System in your brain stem - The RAS. The first step to becoming the person you want to be is to decide what you want in your life. The reason most people don’t accomplish much or have much in their lives is because they haven’t decided. The first step is to write a list of everything and anything you think you may have ever wanted to do or achieve, regardless of how trivial it may seem to anyone else. Include on your list any dreams you have had as far back as you can remember that still hold some significance to you. Also, record any idea you may see or hear that strikes a chord with you. Try to have at least ten to twenty items on this list and include anything - and we mean ANYTHING - that has ever been appealing to you. Once you have your hand written list the path to achieve those goals will appear. That's how The RAS works.

QUESTION

Could you give us a key tip to never give up on the way we have chosen to live?

ANSWER

On the path to achieving your goals there will be obstacles and people who will try to stop you. Once you have decided what you want in life, these distractions will not stand in your way and family members are the worse offenders. Even when the answer is ‘No’, it won't matter because you are still in exactly the same position and no worse off than before you asked. Decide to keep going no matter what. Decide from the outset to never listen to the people in your life who tell you that you can’t do something. Every choice you make to move forward has risks. You need to make your own informed decisions - but don’t let anyone who gave up on their dreams, steal yours.

QUESTION

What are the three top do's that one should follow?

ANSWER

Number one: do think only about WHAT you want, not how you will achieve it.
Number two: do use handwriting as your main form of listing goals.
Number three: the right time to begin will never appear, do take action now.

QUESTION

What are the three top don’ts that one should follow?

ANSWER

Number one: don’t think about how you will do something, think about what you will do
Number two: don’t take advice from someone who has never done what you want to do
Number three: take what you do seriously, but don’t take yourself too seriously.

QUESTION

How difficult it is for a common man to find the answers?

ANSWER

It’s simple – not easy. The starting point is to handwrite a list of everything that you’ve ever found exciting in your life. Study the list for several days and the things you should be doing will jump out at you. Next you decide WHAT you want, do not decide HOW. The “common man” spends his life thinking about HOW he will do something, and consequently he achieves little. When you focus on the WHAT, the HOW will appear.
